Our 800 number will be operational by April 13th when the MASTER™ System becomes available. In the meantime, we are more than happy to answer all of your questions via our form on our contact page.

Ordering without a credit card

Yes, you can pay for your order with a check or money order in US funds by printing out our order form which you can find here.

After we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm we received it and process your order immediately. We'll email you the link to the download page along with instructions. This is why including your email address is essential.

Refund Requests

We understand that you may wish to request a refund and you may do so within 60 days of your purchase. Please go to our contact page with details of your order: order number, date of purchase, full name, the item you purchased, etc. so we can quickly locate your order and process your refund.

You are under no obligation to return your materials to us.

When to expect your credit to be processed

Processing your refund will take approximately 10-14 business days after receiving your request.

If your Adobe Acrobat Reader software is out of date, this can cause problems with downloading our .pdf files. This is one of the most common problems we see. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat here.

Once you've downloaded the new version of Adobe Acrobat, restart your computer and try to download your product files again. If you still have trouble, please visit our contact page or call our 800 number.
