Andrea Renshaw Bio Pic

Andi grew up in Nebraska with a passion for anything athletic. After graduating Magna cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Sports Medicine degree, Andi completed her training at Regis University and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 1998. After graduation, Andi worked in sports medicine orthopedic rehabilitation and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2001. She took a few years off to devote time to her three young children before returning to the practice of Physical Therapy.

During her absence for the profession of P.T. Andi had the good fortune to discover Pilates. She used the Pilates Method to get complete relief from chronic neck pain, which had dogged her since sustaining an injury playing college volleyball. As Andi explains it, "Pilates was the missing link in my recovery". Andi is now a Certified Pilates Practitioner and incorporates the Pilates Method into her rehabilitation and patient education practices. Andi also holds a Certification as a Spinning Instructor and is a Triathlete.
