It was Karin's personal experience on how food transformed her health and well being that led her on a journey and a new career. She went on to study at the acclaimed Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, where a holistic approach is taught in the application of nutrition and health science.
Through her schooling, research, and working with clients, she has gathered a deep understanding of how diet, environment, and lifestyle changes in the 20th century have affected all age groups of our society with health issues and chronic diseases that modern medicine has difficulty treating successfully.
Nutrition therapy, as she practices it, aims to draw connections between one's various health symptoms, dietary habits, and lifestyle and seeks to improve health with natural building blocks - food!
For the past two years, she has worked in various clinical settings with individuals as well as groups. Furthermore, she has held lectures on numerous health topics and the impacts of nutrition, conducted work shops, classes and tele-seminars. Karin is also a Reiki master and offers Reiki energy treatments to her clients to help them relax and better progress on their health journeys.
